But Baba, the future hope of humanity, also gave the picture of "Comedy of Love" as well. Baba mentioned that on a previous occasion, an ardent lover of His from Andhra came for His darshan, along with his party. All of them knew only their mother tongue, Telegu, and no other language. After darshan and embrace, Baba wanted to convey something through His usual gestures, interpreted in English; these could not be understood by any one of them. A funny situation was created. A local person knowing both Telegu and English was brought to interpret, but he also failed. Finally, the interpreter was dismissed and Baba repeated his gestures to the lover, who now quite surprisingly understood them and everyone felt happy. Baba thoroughly enjoyed this "Comedy of Love."
For a while, Baba sat emotionless after finishing humorously with the "Comedy of Love" Then He said that the Highest Truth is beyond all tragedies and comedies, and that is the perfect state of spiritual equilibrium which is continuously experienced by Him who is the same Ancient One who emerged from the portals of infinite truth, infinite knowledge, and infinite bliss. This divine proclamation of Baba that He is the Ancient One, is made by Him from time to time, whenever He descends from God to man, tickling the soul-consciousness of His lovers everywhere, while undergoing the unbroken and uninterrupted state of bliss in tune with the silent music of eternity.
The history of humanity is a story of blunders but humanity has been redeemed again and again by the Masters of wisdoms and love. Avatar Meher Baba brings to us the New Dispensation of the eternal truth of which he is the very incarnation. To understand his illimitable life, we have to realize this truth as God, who, as the only indivisible Reality, is the fountain-source of all that is lovely and sublime or all that has value or meaning in the universe. The truth, which he releases through his creative dynamism, creates harmony and happiness in the multitudinous activities of mankind, since it comprehends not only the material well-being of all, but also the deeper aspects of life like science, art, literature, culture and the inner spirit
