The Jivatmas that are in the Mental (1), Subtle (3), and Gross (4) planes are those who are the nearest the Sun (1), those who are further away (3), and (4) those farthest away, respectively. Ordinary people are rays here in the gross plane (4). Yogis are in a little higher state than the ordinary human beings. The maha-yogis are still higher, being nearer the Sun. The Pirs, being nearest the Sun, are the highest, but not yet in the Sun. Pirs see the Sun, but are not one with the Sun. Only the Sadgurus are one with the Sun.
Of those who are Realized, there are different sorts. Some leave their body and mind immediately on Realization. They are called Videh-Muktas (saved or redeemed without body consciousness).
Some Realized ones (Majzoobs) have mind and body but do not use them. They only enjoy the Sat-chit-ananda State, and do not use the Infinite Ananta Bliss, Knowledge and Power—for the salvation of others. They are called Jivan-Muktas.
Those who are Realized, and can make use of the Infinite Knowledge, Bliss and Power for the salvation of others are called Dnyan-Muktas.
There are very few who remain in the Sun, and from there see their own rays. They have body and mind, they are in the Sun, and not only enjoy the Paramananda of their Infinite Knowledge, Bliss and Power, but can use this Infinite Knowledge only for duty. Although they are one with the Sun, being in it, they are also in all the rays. They are aloof, yet in the Sun.
By their Infinite Knowledge, they know the mind, prana, and body of all. By the Infinite Power, they help others to progress and give them the Ananda (Bliss) proportionate to their progress. Those souls who are Realized through the grace of the Sadguru, are here in the Sun, but a Sadguru can make very few remain in the Sun.
It is said out of crores* of liberated souls, there are only ten who have Sight, five who are one with God, and one Sadguru (Acharya).
An Acharya (chargeman), after he has finished the duties of preparing his Circle,** remains aloof from all the workings etc, and having entrusted the duties to the Circle he has prepared, he enjoys the Paramananda, although he keeps an eye on the workings and movements of his Circle, without interfering.

Q: "What is the difference between Antar-Drashti (High Inspiration) and Sight?"
A: Antar-Drashti means seeing the subtle sphere and planes with the subtle eyes. Sight means seeing God, seeing Paramatma: actually seeing Him everywhere.
The difference between the gross eye, the subtle eye and the mental eye is this: with the gross eyes, the gross things are seen; with the subtle eye, the spiritual world and the planes are seen; with the mental or spiritual eye, God is seen.
But the seeing of God is still not Perfection. To be one with God is Perfection (Jivan-Muki). Just as the gross material things are seen by the gross eye, so the subtle things are seen by the subtle eye; and with the mental eye, God is seen. Still, the seer is Jivatma, man, Paramatma , not even God.
